Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes! We are in-network with Aetna PPO, United PPO, Anthem/BCBS PPO, and Cigna PPO plans, and most multi-plan insurance companies. To check if you are covered, please click here.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: There is a small fee which covers our medical expertise, prescribing, and diagnosing at a physician level, as well as expenses for physician-level malpractice coverage, e-prescribing, and licensing fees. They are as follows:
$25 for a set of 2 prenatal virtual classes/consultations
$25 per virtual visit
$100 per in-person home visit (Brentwood and Northern Santa Monica area, please contact Colette for visits outside of this area)
Q: What if I don't have PPO insurance or I'd like to self-pay?
A: Self-pay costs are listed here and other insurance plans, such as an HMO, would be considered a self-pay patient.
Q: Are the co-pays and/or self-pay fees reimbursable by HSA/FSA?
A: Yes! Just ask the doctor for the bill at the time of the visit.
Q: What is your service area for home visits?
A: For Brentwood and Northern Santa Monica the travel fee is $100 per visit. For home visits outside this area please contact Colette for detailed information.

Q: What conditions can you evaluate and treat?
A: We can treat all medical issues related to breastfeeding, pumping, infections from breastfeeding in mother and/or baby, breastfeeding involving a medical condition in mother and/or baby, and more. Please reach out if you have a specific issue or concern.
